Anthony Caso – Boston, Massachusetts Anthony Caso Executive Director of AFSCME Council 93 since 1996. Began his labor movement career as a national organizer with the National Association of Government Employees in 1969. Started AFSCME career as a staff representative in 1972 with Council 41 and continued with Council 93 after the merger of Councils 45 and 41 in 1977. Promoted to Metropolitan Area Coordinator in 1985. |
