Eddie Parks – Westerville, Ohio
 Eddie Parks
Parks served as a long-time member of the Board of Directors of the Ohio Civil Service Employees Association (OCSEA)/AFSCME Local 11 and then as OCSEA Vice President from 2003-2007 before becoming OCSEA President in 2007. He started his labor career as a steward in 1987 and has served as chief steward, chapter president, and a member of his district executive board. An energy specialist for the Public Utility Commission of Ohio, Parks earned his master’s degree from the Ohio State University. Elected International Vice President in 2008.
