Education & Training

Our union is only as strong as our activist core. That is why the AFSCME Education and Leadership Training Department is dedicated to working with our affiliates to build our union's power by providing high quality training for AFSCME leaders. The department's training programs are built on a simple premise: Member involvement in union activities creates power in the workplace.
